Responsibilities
Lead virtual and live training sessions for hotels across multiple regions
Design and deliver clear, engaging learning content and job aids
Support system rollouts and implementations for IDeaS G3 and SynXis CRS
Partner closely with Global Revenue Management Training & Operations teams
Create and maintain implementation checklists, guides, and standard procedures
Track training participation, completion, and follow-up communications
Adapt content and delivery for different regions, cultures, and time zones
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with IDeaS G3 (Optix & RevPlan) and SynXis CRS
Background in hotel revenue management and system implementations
Strong facilitation, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to explain complex systems in a clear, practical way
Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving global environment
Flexibility to support hotels in Asia and Europe within an 8-hour workday
2+ years using revenue management and reservation systems in a hotel environment
Experience creating and delivering training and implementation materials
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage group dynamics and navigate change effectively
Preferred
Fluency in a second language is a plus
Bachelor's degree preferred
