InternNANA is a regional corporation seeking an Accounting and Finance Intern to join their NRC Accounting Department. The intern will assist with various accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting, while gaining exposure to key finance projects.

Responsibilities
Involved in A/P and A/R functions; cash receipts, posting payables and associated reconciliations
Assist in preparation of Central Treasury daily reports
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations as needed
Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be a shareholder of NANA Regional Corporation, Inc., or a direct descendant of a shareholder. In accordance with NANA's Shareholder Preference Hiring Policy, priority will be given to NANA shareholders first, followed by shareholder descendants
Must be 18 years or older
Must be currently enrolled in college or a vocational school full-time and have completed one semester of postsecondary education
Completed at least Sophomore level classes towards their major requirements, including having taken a basic accounting class
3.0 GPA or better
Attention to detail
Strong analytical skills and solid communication skills
Strong computer skills in MS Office (especially Excel)
Great attitude and eagerness to learn
