Responsibilities
Participate in change control and service delivery processes by providing appropriate documentation and subject matter expertise
Project management leadership across complex programs involving multiple technologies, stakeholders
Manage scope, requirements in concert with other project resources
Identify and assess program risk and develop mitigation strategies to share with key stakeholders
Through monitoring reports, will ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and organization requirements
Prepare and present to key stakeholders detailed program reports, including weekly progress updates, budget reports and risk assessments
Facilitate project meetings and manage team dynamics
Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission
Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and federal regulations
Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations at all times
Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
Solid understanding of technology, software development lifecycle processes (agile and waterfall)
Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional technical programs from concept through delivery
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business and stakeholder communications
Experience working closely with engineering, product, and business teams to drive execution and resolve dependencies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 applications
Experience leading large projects with significant change management impacts
Ability to manage budgets, timelines and resources efficiently
Excellent communication skills; capable of presenting technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Demonstrated leadership of enterprise-scale automation and AI initiatives leveraging platforms such as UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Agents) and Azure AI and data services (including Azure OpenAI and Azure Document Intelligence), with experience integrating AI capabilities into intelligent automation solutions
Proven ability to design and govern end-to-end intelligent automation architectures, integrating RPA, AI/ML services, and APIs
Excellent program leadership skills, with experience driving cross-functional alignment, establishing governance and best practices, and translating business needs into scalable AI/RPA-enabled solutions
BABOK, PMBOK or other certification familiarity (Certificate itself not required), Agile and Hybrid methodologies, some exposure to security concepts/ considerations and DevOps
