Litigation Paralegal

LHH is a law firm seeking a Litigation Paralegal with strong eDiscovery experience for its Milwaukee office. This role supports attorneys through all phases of litigation and involves overseeing best practices in the eDiscovery process, from data preservation to the production of electronically stored information (ESI).

Responsibilities

Prepare and organize litigation documents under attorney direction, such as briefs, notices, citations, witness lists, exhibits, jury demands, stipulations, authorizations, and subpoenas
Support attorneys with discovery requests, subpoenas, court filings, docket management, and other litigation-related tasks
Lead eDiscovery data management efforts, including collection, processing, production, and post‑resolution archiving
Maintain electronic document databases and eDiscovery platforms to ensure accuracy, organization, accessibility, and proper retention
Contribute to the development and upkeep of defensible eDiscovery processes, workflows, and documentation
Assist with selecting and coordinating vendors for litigation support, eDiscovery services, forensic work, and trial support needs
Stay informed about advancements in eDiscovery technology, litigation trends, and industry best practices, particularly developments involving AI

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies, or a Paralegal Certificate
Minimum of five years of litigation paralegal experience
Detail‑oriented, proactive, and skilled in writing, communication, and analysis
Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
Strong client‑service mindset and ability to collaborate with attorneys, staff, and internal/external partners
Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems

Preferred

Courtroom experience strongly preferred
Experience with legal technology tools preferred
Familiarity with AI tools is a plus
Preferred credentials include: Association of Certified E‑Discovery Specialists (ACEDS); Relativity Processing Specialist; Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA)
