Learn various test stands and ways of testing all products; Production, Application, Warranty, Calibration, Maintenance and Manufacturing Support
Qualification
Required
Must be an active HydraForce employee in good standing at the time of application
Demonstrated interest in technical testing, product validation, or engineering support
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn and apply technical concepts
Ability to follow test procedures, work instructions, and safety standards
Basic understanding of, or willingness to learn: Hydraulic systems and components, Test equipment, gauges, and measurement tools, Data collection and documentation practices
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Reliable attendance and performance history in current role
Supervisor endorsement or approval
Preferred
Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, or technical documentation
