3+ years expJoulé is seeking a part-time Stability Lab Sample Coordinator to support shelf-life testing operations within their Integrated Operations Consumer Experience Team. The role involves managing the movement and tracking of stability samples to ensure reliable lab operations and timely support for customers.
Staffing & Recruiting
Responsibilities
Manage movement of stability samples between chambers, prep lab, and staging areas
Perform daily sample pulls, inventory checks, and sample shipments
Monitor and record temperature conditions of stability chambers
Use LIMS software to print labels and enter required data
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure operational reliability
Adhere to safety protocols and lead with safety in all lab activities
Maintain confidentiality and compliance for external projects
Support cross-functional needs and additional lab tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent, plus 3+ years of related experience; or associate degree
Strong attention to detail, organization, and service orientation
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with guidance
Comfort working in variable chamber conditions (warm, humid, cold) and standing for extended periods
Willingness to perform routine and repetitive tasks to meet business needs
Basic computer proficiency with ability to quickly learn new software
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Flexibility to adjust schedule on occasion
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field
Prior experience in a food industry or laboratory environment
