Responsibilities
Driving top-of-funnel pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting
Targeting and engaging decision-makers in law firms and healthcare organizations
Executing structured multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
Conducting discovery-focused conversations to uncover business and IT challenges
Qualifying opportunities based on defined criteria and sales readiness
Booking high-quality meetings for Outside Sales Executives and leadership
Maintaining accurate activity and opportunity tracking in HubSpot
Participating in call coaching, feedback sessions, and performance reviews
Consistently hitting or exceeding weekly and monthly meeting goals
Top performers are recognized quickly
Qualification
Required
2 years' experience in an SDR/BDR position
Experience making 100-120 calls a day
Experience calling on C-Suite executives
B2B lead generation experience
