Responsibilities
Proactively solicit and manage corporate accounts
Negotiate and maintain preferred corporate rate agreements
Identify and pursue new BT opportunities
Conduct sales calls, presentations, and site tours
Collaborate with revenue management on pricing strategy
Maintain accurate account tracking in Marriott systems
Meet or exceed assigned BT revenue and room night goals
Various other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Qualification
Required
Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
Strong understanding of business transient sales strategies
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in related field
2+ years of hotel sales or corporate account experience
Marriott brand experience
