Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day lifecycle of the UGC program, ensuring creators receive scripts, guidelines, and feedback on a consistent cadence and deliver high-quality content on schedule
Serve as the primary contact for creators, manage onboarding, maintain accountability, and foster a positive, retention-driving community
Implement tracking systems (unique landing pages, Typeforms, Shortimize logs) to understand what actually drives revenue—not just views
Analyze performance and ensure accurate payouts
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in program management, creator operations, marketing operations, or similar workflow-driven roles
Strong organizational and project management skills—you thrive with spreadsheets, checklists, and predictable systems
Experience working with content teams, UGC creators, or short-form video workflows (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
Data-driven mindset with a clear understanding of performance metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPA, and conversion funnels
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain dashboards, track performance, and interpret data to drive decisions
Comfortable using or quickly learning tools such as Shortimize, Typeform, Airtable, or project management software
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage creators, set expectations, deliver feedback, and maintain positive relationships
Proactive problem solver who acts before issues escalate

Experience with performance marketing, attribution modeling, or optimizing conversion-focused content
