Effectively managing commercial construction projects in the low-slope roofing category including sheet metal installation and masonry restoration (as needed) by the scope of the contract
Qualification
Required
College degree
5-10 years of Project Management experience at roofing subcontractor(s)
Experience processing submittals, RFI's, change orders, and material orders
Strong subcontracting background working with top tier General Contractors (Whiting Turner, Clark, Hitt, JMA, Davis, etc)
Experience producing submittals, pricing/estimating change orders, planning and scheduling work and some roofing/waterproofing or building envelope experience
Preferred
STEM degree preferred
