Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls / communicate and gather accurate information / direct callers to the right department
Process outgoing and incoming mail and packages accurately and promptly
Welcome / provide general support to visitors, job applicants, etc
Manage phone issues for the DC Metro office
File / retrieve paperwork as needed or requested
Ensure conference room is prepared for all meetings and events
Act as liaison for IT support requests
Executive tasks as needed to support the executive team
Assist job applicants as needed (copying documents, translating English/Spanish)
Stock and inventory kitchen, restrooms, and copy centers with proper supplies
Be proficient in remote meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams); set up remote meetings as directed
Assist with the Nationals Baseball ticket assignment process
Assist with in-house or off-site activities (i.e., company events, meetings)
Coordinate vendor services
Data Entry
Uniform Closet management
Other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Proven experience with quality customer service in person, phone, and written communications
High degree of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
Exceptional organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
Experience in a growing or mid-sized organization
2 + years of experience as a receptionist or office assistant
Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Bilingual in Spanish with written and verbal fluency
