They are currently looking to hire an Inside Sales Representative for their Exeter, PA location, responsible for outbound sales calls, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting products and services.

Responsibilities
Outbound sales calls working with an established customer base
Call Supplier Leads & Prospective New Customers with the expectation of converting leads into active customers
Promoting new and existing products & services
Daily customer database maintenance to ensure accuracy
Actively acknowledge and accept the duty to acquire new knowledge and skills, seeking out opportunities to improve your skill set
Address concerns effectively and maintain long-term customer engagement
Maintain daily phone metric standards established by the management team
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Strong time management and organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate concisely with internal and external customers
Microsoft Office background and experience are highly desirable
Must be able to thrive and engage in a team environment
Able to occasionally travel for customer visits or trade shows (limited)
Preferred
College coursework/degree preferred
Prior sales or account management experience
Enthusiasts with experience in the Automotive, Jeep, Off-Road, Commercial Upfitters, Speed & Performance, and/or Recreational Vehicle industry are welcome
