Responsibilities
Collaborate with the business and cross-functional partners to identify and define business requirements and prioritize enhancements necessary to achieve Pro business goals
Customize Salesforce or Anaplan to effectively conduct Pro business processes and workflows
Manage and maintain user accounts, profiles, and roles within Salesforce or Anaplan
Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards or models to provide actionable insights into business data
Evaluate new releases of Salesforce or Anaplan to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected departments/users
Consult and provide subject matter expertise by developing training plans, materials, and documentation for users to help them effectively use Salesforce
Coordinate new and ongoing user training sessions
Qualification
Required
Must be eighteen years of age or older
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED
1 year of work experience
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) OR Anaplan Model Builder 1 certification
Preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Working knowledge of Tableau
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to convey complex or technical ideas and processes in easy-to-understand terms to diverse audiences
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with programming languages such as SQL, JavaScript, HTML, Java and Apex
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job
