Account Manager
Arrowhead Talent Solutions is a rapidly growing executive search firm specializing in professional-level positions across various industries. They are seeking an experienced Account Manager to develop and nurture client relationships while managing account responsibilities and business development activities.
Responsibilities
Sending candidate write-ups and resumes to clients
Asking for feedback on candidates
Conducting kick-off meetings/job intake meetings
Handling client complaints
Monthly/quarterly check-ins with current clients
Leading client entertainment/client appreciation events
Receiving new job orders from clients
Helping recruiting manager assign jobs to recruiting team
Helping with scheduling interviews
Managing sourcing team’s efforts
Extending offers, securing acceptances, etc
Ensuring hired candidates are being onboarded successfully
Conducting post-placement check-ins
Developing relationships with potential clients through networking events, community involvement, golf outings, client entertainment (rounds of golf), etc
Improving, refining, and documenting the current Arrowhead sales process
Collaborating with president and marketing manager on sales and marketing projects
Tracking and updating sales data
Handling incoming calls and inquiries
Creating and posting content on social media
Conducting research on potential clients
Following up on warm and cold leads
Gifting campaigns
Leading the “Top 60” project of targeting a top client prospect list
Other duties as assigned
Manage recruiting projects and maintain relationships with those clients
Source and recruit highly-qualified candidates using techniques including, but not limited to, cold calling, market research, job boards, referrals, and networking events
Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate their skill-set
Pitch new job opportunities and work with candidates
Analyze job requirements and match potential candidates
Build and maintain relationships with placed and prospective candidates
Negotiate salaries, extend job offers, and close deals
Other responsibilities include, but not limited to, job transition and career coaching
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of success in your professional career
Process-driven: able to create, improve, and optimize business processes
Must be self-driven and self-motivated
An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to hold yourself accountable to your commitments and success
High energy to keep up in a fast-paced, energetic, and encouraging atmosphere
Flexibility and ability to overcome rejection
