Responsibilities
Supervises 5 planners and manages their deliverables and providing guidance on mix, pricing and supporting rationale
Approves plans and plan revisions for their list of planners including pricing strategy, ADU strategy, cross network write down implementation and running point on operations
Works with and supports planning staff to assure timely completion and full accuracy of sales plans
Trouble shoots and helps solve issues that may arise in the plan building process
Works closely with RYM analytics teams for both sports and entertainment to assure inventory availability and inventory fill
Responsible for on-going training and development of planners
Support sales strategy and to help educate our sales teams on business needs and marketplace
Work closely with Sports and Entertainment Brand Solutions team to guide on valuation and sponsorship assessment clients that their planners
Qualification
Required

In-office days Mon.-Thurs. pref.; But remote can be fine and EST hours preferred as well
Experience supervising planners is needed, with experience in linear TV and working with independent ad agencies preferred
This role is very busy and involves juggling multiple priorities so must be able to pivot as required
