Responsibilities
Design and develop modern software applications for clinical and data-driven workflows
Integrate AI/LLM capabilities to enhance automation, data processing, and user experience
Build intuitive, user-centric front-end interfaces
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; participate in code reviews
Stay current with advancements in generative AI and machine learning
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers
Develop, deploy, and monitor robust pipelines for AI-enabled applications
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Engineering, Math, or related field
5+ years of full stack development experience
Strong front-end expertise (Vue.js preferred; React acceptable)
Backend experience with Python/JavaScript frameworks (FastAPI, Django, Flask, Next.js, etc.)
2+ years building and deploying AI/ML solutions
Experience with RESTful APIs, prompt engineering, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Podman)
Strong testing skills (Python unittest, Jest, Playwright)
Experience with AWS, Agile methodologies, and scalable system design
Hands-on experience with LLMs, chatbots, and RAG systems
Preferred
Experience with AI agents, LLM fine-tuning, and bias/fairness evaluation
Familiarity with Hugging Face, LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch
Experience with Office.js (Microsoft Word add-ins)
Knowledge of clinical text, healthcare, or drug development
Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, JWT, WebSockets, or CRDTs (Yjs)
