Responsibilities
Provide thought leadership on advanced procurement practices and tools
Develop and execute a strategic vision for procurement as a business partner
Build and lead a high-performing, world-class team
Influence stakeholders and partner across functions to implement efficient, integrated processes
Create and deliver sourcing and category strategies for ongoing cost reduction and business alignment
Drive leverage and complexity reduction across all categories
Lead vendor management including negotiation strategies, contract management, compliance, and performance reviews
Establish and enforce procurement standards, processes, and controls
Transform third-party risk management and optimize procurement operations for efficiency and scalability
Expand and scale the global contingent labor program
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or MBA in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration
15+ years of strategic sourcing experience including indirect sourcing and commodity management
Proven success in procurement transformation and supplier/third-party risk management
Experience building and scaling contingent labor programs
Advanced knowledge of sourcing, contract lifecycle management, risk management, and procurement software/tools
Experience in global, publicly traded organizations
Strong negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
