Responsibilities
Oversee configuration of NetSuite, including roles, permissions, workflows, dashboards, and saved searches
Configure and customize NetSuite modules, fields, forms, workflows, scripts, and integrations
Maintain data integrity, oversee data imports/exports, and support regular system audits
Standardize use and naming of custom fields, reports
Provide recommendations and guidance for general structure and usability of NetSuite
Partner with departments to map, analyze, and refine business processes
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations
Identify opportunities to leverage NetSuite functionality for efficiency
Provide training and guidance to end users
Collaborate with NetSuite support or third-party partners
Assist Application Support in prioritizing requests
Lead or contribute to NetSuite implementation projects
Support testing of system changes, patches, and new releases
Develop documentation for processes and customizations
Provide guidance for integrations between NetSuite and other systems
Provide support and oversight for PCT and Revenue Recognition
Build and maintain saved searches, KPIs, dashboards, and scheduled reports
Ensure reporting accuracy and timely delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
5++ years working with NetSuite in an analyst, admin, or consultant role
Experience with NetSuite ERP modules
Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteAnalytics
Strong Excel and data analysis skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of Agile processes
Ability to train/coach users on NetSuite use
Preferred
NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification
Experience in restoration, construction, or related industries
Experience supporting multi-subsidiary multi-currency environments
