Marketing Manager - Part Time

Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage outbound and account-focused marketing campaigns
Build and maintain targeted prospect lists across key customer segments
Support and execute paid marketing initiatives, including prospecting and retargeting
Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns
Contribute to social media and content distribution efforts
Help identify creative ways to increase awareness and engagement within target accounts
Support partner and affiliate outreach initiatives
Track performance, monitor results, and continuously optimize campaigns
Qualification
Required
2–7+ years of B2B marketing experience (SAAS experience preferred)
Strong campaign execution skills across outbound, email, and paid channels
Comfort working in modern marketing tools (CRM, CMS, email platforms, ad platforms)
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives at once
Data-driven mindset with an interest in testing and optimization
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred
Experience with Hubspot and Webflow CMS
Familiarity with partnerships or affiliate programs
Experience marketing to mid-market B2B companies
