Accounting Assistant

Responsibilities

Manage and update utility locate tickets, resolving issues within the locate request system for individual job sites
Distribute invoices from accounting to project managers for review and approval
Enter approved invoices into the accounting system and assign costs to the correct projects
Organize and maintain time and materials documentation
Review subcontractor and vendor invoices against approved work, labor hours, and equipment usage
Provide phone coverage and assist with general office and administrative support tasks
