Collaborate closely with the Brand Manager to strategically execute business plans, resulting in top-line sales achievement and optimized profit contributions
Foster a culture of excellence by exceeding strategic objectives and empowering the team to achieve remarkable results creatively
Innovate and explore avenues to heighten customer satisfaction and loyalty, thereby boosting repeat business
Establish robust partnerships with team members and the Brand Manager, ensuring seamless alignment of business goals and objectives
Lead efforts for employee training and development, nurturing career growth and optimal performance
Oversee the implementation of business policies, processes, and procedures within the store, ensuring seamless execution
Facilitate recruitment and training for new hires, ensuring their preparedness for effective contributions
Utilize data and business reports for informed decision-making and the formulation of performance enhancement strategies
Qualification
Required
2 years of Managerial Experience
Eligibility to work in the United States (Work Permit/Green Card/Citizenship)
1+ years of retail sales experience within a specialty environment
Highly resourceful, flexible, and adept at timely problem-solving
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of retail business dynamics, demands, and needs
