Project Renewal is seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruitment for clinical, shelter, housing, and hard-to-fill roles across the organization. This role will focus on staffing new and existing programs, including shelters, supportive housing, and medical/behavioral health clinics.

Responsibilities

Lead full‑cycle recruitment for clinical, shelter, housing, and hard‑to‑fill roles
Develop sourcing strategies and pipelines for high‑demand roles (e.g., RNs, LPNs, Psych NP, Case Managers, Residential Aides)
Support recruitment for new program launches, including shelters, housing programs, and clinics
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide real‑time updates
Review resumes, conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate flow
Utilize the ATS to ensure accurate tracking and record‑keeping
Coordinate job fairs, hiring events, and agency partnerships
Provide weekly recruitment metrics and dashboards
Collaborate with HR team for smooth onboarding handoff

Qualification

Required

5–7+ years recruiting experience; clinical or social‑services recruiting strongly preferred
Experience with hard‑to‑fill roles in healthcare, shelters, housing, or similar settings
Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Indeed, community boards, schools)
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder‑management abilities
Ability to travel to multiple NYC sites

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Experience with ATS systems preferred
