Prepare program materials (guides, lists, presentations) and support basic purchasing and space reservations
Support Community Engaged Learning planning and operations (registration, partner coordination, transportation, and materials)
Coordinate various community-based projects (registration, booking transportation, ordering materials)
Qualification
Required
Experience in higher education, community engagement/service-learning, or nonprofit settings
Prior experience in volunteer coordination
Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree is required
Preferred
Prior event planning experience is preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
Familiarity with community needs assessment, social justice, and critical reflection practices
