Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring they receive exceptional care and solutions that meet their unique needs
Take the lead in the renewal process, working closely with the Production team to deliver the best outcomes for clients
Help secure existing business and drive growth by building strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to expand services
Collaborate with team members to support branch priorities

Required

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience
High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience
1+ years supervisory experience
Appropriate licensing as required

Preferred

Experience managing client accounts and delivering excellent service
Solid financial acumen
