Responsibilities
Lead daily printing and production workflow to meet deadlines
Inspect customer files, create digital proofs, and prepare graphics for print
Operate and maintain large-format printers, laminators, and plotters
Manage color calibration and maintain print quality standards
Track inventory levels and coordinate material procurement
Perform basic graphic design tasks as needed
Conduct vehicle inspections, measurements, and site surveys
Install smaller graphics such as wall decals and window films
Pack, label, and ship completed orders; make local deliveries
Receive and organize incoming material deliveries
Utilize CoreBridge software to manage work orders and production schedules
Qualification
Required
3+ years (5+ years preferred) of experience in large-format printing and production
Proficiency operating wide-format printers, laminators, and vinyl plotters
Strong understanding of color management and RIP software
Knowledge of vinyl, substrates, and finishing techniques
Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
Preferred
Experience with vehicle wrap templates and graphics
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
Familiarity with CoreBridge or similar production management software
Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (Illustrator, Photoshop)
