Responsibilities
Manage 5-8 global IIoT projects simultaneously from plant floor to cloud
Coordinate with multiple technical teams across data center and cloud environments
Ensure contract and SLA compliance (absolute must - contracts cannot be missed)
Customer-facing relationship management with Client Service Managers
Budget tracking and procurement (RFPs, purchase requests)
Risk management and proactive issue resolution
Performance tracking using Planner and Jira
Qualification
Required
Deep understanding of Azure cloud components and IIoT cloud architecture
Experience with industrial IoT implementations, data collection from plant equipment, and cloud migration strategies
Strong knowledge of database systems and data architecture
Understanding of IPs, subnet masks, gateway networking, firewalls, and routing
Familiarity with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure and security protocols
5-8 years managing highly technical programs with multiple teams
Proven track record with IoT/IIoT implementations
Azure cloud project experience
Customer-facing, schedule-driven delivery
Both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
High-energy, proactive approach required
Contract-critical delivery (cannot miss deadlines)
Global team coordination
Strong stakeholder management
Service management and change management processes
Helpdesk ticketing system experience
Risk and issue management
Team leadership and vendor management
