Responsibilities
Support and enhance existing sensing and safety hardware products
Lead redesign efforts and drive cost reduction initiatives
Test, validate, and improve devices both electrically and functionally
Help qualify safety products and ensure alignment with industry standards
Maintain technical requirements while supporting design and production teams
Partner with experienced engineers and use sound judgment to solve complex issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of related hardware experience
Proven strength in analog and digital circuit design
Comfortable working with lab tools such as oscilloscopes and function generators
Experience with safety products, functional safety, or IEC safety standards
Familiarity with MPUs or ASICs
Working knowledge of Mentor Graphics / Expedition for schematic entry and PCB design
