Familiarity with construction billing practices to resolve disputes efficiently
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections
Experience with AIA billing forms and progress billing
Familiarity with construction billing practices such as retainage, change orders, lien waivers, and certified payroll
Experience working with aging reports, cash application, and collections follow-up
Preferred
Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field preferred
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and accounts receivable processes
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, Viewpoint, Procore, Foundation, or similar systems)
Strong attention to detail with effective organizational and time-management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information
