Responsibilities
Lead the design and deployment of enterprise and hyperscale data centers from the ground up, implementing modern spine-leaf architectures and automation-first principles
Drive our strategic transformation from Cisco to Arista networking platforms across the organization
Architect and operate hybrid infrastructure spanning private cloud, AWS, and Azure with a cloud-agnostic approach
Establish "Network as a Product" and "Network as a Service" philosophies across the organization
Build and mentor a high-performing team of network engineers with SRE/NRE mindsets
Design secure, scalable network architectures that support our evolution toward Software-as-a-Service delivery
Partner with security, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver resilient, high-performance networking solutions
Develop comprehensive network automation strategies using Infrastructure as Code principles
Qualification
Required
10+ years of network engineering experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
Proven track record designing and building enterprise or hyperscale data centers from scratch
Experience leading large-scale infrastructure transformations and vendor migrations
Strong business acumen with ability to align network strategy to organizational objectives
Deep expertise in spine-leaf architecture design and implementation
Advanced knowledge of Arista or Cisco platforms
Experience with VPN technologies and multi-site connectivity
Hands-on background in network security architecture
Proficiency with Palo Alto or Fortinet security solutions
Experience with CIS Controller or similar security orchestration platforms
Understanding of zero-trust principles and modern security frameworks
Strong Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform
DevOps mindset with CI/CD pipeline knowledge
Automation-first approach to network operations and change management
Experience implementing SRE/NRE practices in networking
Proven ability to design and operate private cloud environments
Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure networking
Cloud-agnostic architectural approach with strong cloud-native principles
Understanding of GPU infrastructure and high-performance computing requirements
