They are seeking a motivated Recruiting Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team in filling entry-level roles within their Operations teams by engaging with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

Perform high-volume, frequent candidate contact (leveraging established leads) for entry-level positions within one or more of Carvana's Operations teams
Interact with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Knowledgeably speak to the requirements and responsibilities of open/assigned roles, as well as the culture of the team/department and Carvana
Verify candidates' possession of basic/required skills for applicable roles
Ensure pre-hire processes (background check, DOT/MVR) are initiated and facilitated
Manage and maintain a positive candidate experience through the new hire's start date
Meet or exceed hiring metrics/KPIs designated for the Coordinator role

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
1+ years of administrative experience OR a degree in Human Resources
Great interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
Ability to operate with urgency and keep up in a fast-paced / high-volume environment
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English

Preferred

Talent Acquisition or high-volume customer contact experience
