Senior Sales Manager

Made in Nature is seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and commercially minded sales professional to support and help scale our club and retail business within the organic snacking space. This role is designed for someone who brings a strong foundation in CPG sales operations and customer analytics, paired with a proactive, 'hunter' mentality.

Responsibilities

Strategically grow revenue, margin, and market share by developing and executing customer-centric sales plans for our products
Develop and oversee end to end business growth opportunities from lead generation to close
Discover and develop high revenue opportunities that will fuel long-term growth
Develop and execute strategic plans in all assigned accounts to achieve/exceed sales targets through distribution gains, price/pack strategy, and promotional execution
Become an expert in industry and category trends, while working with the sales and marketing teams to convert these into sales opportunities
Assist with revenue forecasting, by account, to analyze customized promotional spending
Support promotional plan logistics and execution by retailer
Manage communication to distributors and support broker relationships
Generate reports and sales data by analyzing system for current trends and opportunities
Assist with building data story telling for retailer decks
Other duties as assigned

Required

5+ years of experience in CPG sales, sales operations, or account support, preferably within organic, natural, or better-for-you food brands
Working knowledge of club and conventional retail channels, including experience supporting or managing broker relationships
Strong understanding of trade spend, revenue management, forecasting, and promotional planning
Proven ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
Comfortable building retailer-ready materials and contributing to data-driven storytelling
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a lean environment
Self-starter with a hunter mentality and desire to take ownership, learn quickly, and grow responsibility over time
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams

Preferred

Experience working directly with distributors and syndicated data systems
Exposure to customer meetings, sell-ins, or joint business planning
Background in high-growth or entrepreneurial CPG environments
