Regional Sales Manager (East/West Coast)
Service First Staffing is a company focused on technical computing solutions, and they are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in their defined territory. The role involves driving revenue, managing key accounts, and building long-term customer relationships while working closely with manufacturer reps and strategic customers.

Responsibilities
Own revenue and margin goals for your territory—no shared credit, no gray areas
Manage direct sales activities and manufacturer rep partners
Build and grow relationships with large, strategic accounts across multiple business units
Identify new opportunities within defined vertical markets and see them through to close
Create and execute territory plans to maximize coverage and market share
Coach, develop, and hold reps accountable (including onboarding and performance management)
Partner closely with sales engineering, inside sales, and leadership to deliver complete solutions
Lead value-based sales conversations around hardware, software, and services—not just price
Manage opportunities and forecasts in CRM and present updates to leadership
Negotiate commercial agreements, including supply agreements and SOWs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
10+ years of technical sales experience selling servers, CPUs, GPUs, or integrated computing solutions
Proven success using a strategic sales methodology (Miller-Heiman strongly preferred)
Experience owning a geographic territory and working through manufacturer reps or channel partners
Track record of landing new business and expanding existing accounts
Experience selling into vertical markets (industrial, medical, defense, or similar)
Strong presentation, negotiation, and executive-level communication skills
Comfortable traveling up to 60%

Engineering or technical degree
Experience selling purpose-built or customized computing solutions
Background working with OEMs or Tier-1 customers
Exposure to complex, value-based sales cycles
