Meet and exceed outbound and performance targets
Qualification
Required
2+ years experience in outbound customer service, call center, or telesales
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Confident, professional phone presence
Target-driven mindset with a positive attitude
Ability to handle objections and rejections gracefully
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Service Titan experience a must
Preferred
Nexstar experience a plus
