Responsibilities
Oversee all accounting operations, including AP, AR, general ledger, and month-end close across a large, multi-layered team
Design, implement, and maintain complex accounting processes, policies, and procedures to support scale and consistency
Lead and develop a high-performing accounting organization
Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and strong internal controls in compliance with GAAP and company standards
Drive operational efficiency through process improvement, system enhancements, and cross-functional partnership
Qualification
Required
Experience with foreign currency required
Management experience of a large team required
Experience in a high growth organization required
Preferred
CPA is a huge plus
