Responsibilities
Protect and recover assets by handling collections on delinquent accounts
Prevent losses and control delinquent balances effectively
Maintain consistent, professional communication with customers through various channels (phone, chat, email, and text)
Show initiative to continually learn, grow, and enhance your skills
Effectively prioritize and shift focus between tasks as needed, ensuring proper attention to each responsibility without compromising quality
Qualification
Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills that create positive, productive customer experiences
Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and remain focused on desired results
Resilience and determination to achieve results, even when faced with challenges
A team-oriented mindset that thrives in a high-energy environment
Has a strong work ethic, is dependable, and is always eager to learn
Basic math and computer skills, with the ability to type 30+ words per minute
Highschool diploma or equivalent experience
Ability to Commute: Oak Brook, IL 60523
Preferred
Bilingual in Spanish (a plus, with additional compensation!)
