Responsibilities
Build and manage repeatable sales operating rhythms, workforce planning models, and performance dashboards that create predictability in revenue and customer experience
Drive the execution of cross-functional initiatives, ensuring programs launch on time, on scope, and on return on investment targets
Redesign workflows and leverage AI/CRM tools to reduce inefficiencies, minimize leakage, and increase conversion across inbound, outbound, and follow-up sales motions
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Care to align go-to-market strategies and ensure seamless execution
Build the structural foundations to grow sales headcount, integrate new technologies, and scale without losing agility or culture
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue enablement, or program management in a high-growth B2B or SaaS environment
Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives that drove measurable impact on revenue or sales efficiency
Strong project management skills with a bias for action and ability to drive initiatives to completion
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Preferred
Familiarity with CRM, sales automation, and AI-powered tools preferred
