They are seeking a System Engineer to work with Design Engineers, Product Managers, and Researchers to participate in the ongoing development and integration of novel metrology solutions across several product lines.

Responsibilities
Apply systems engineering principles to evaluate and integrate hardware, algorithms, and application workflows, ensuring cohesive system performance, including defining and managing system‑level error budgets
Conduct system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving, including root‑cause analysis, mitigation plans, and implementation of robust system calibration methods. Requires understanding of the process flow and key domains
Translate high‑level requirements into technical specifications
Total ownership of system concepts: Incorporate data acquisition and instrument control for complex system diagnostics
Conduct data collection and analysis to support comprehensive system evaluations
Qualification
Required
5 years of relevant experience
Passion for technology and a strong commitment to expanding technical skills and knowledge
BS, MS, or PhD in Engineering; Electrical Engineering is an advantage
Ability to handle high‑complexity assignments with minimal supervision
MATLAB and/or Python programming experience
Preferred
Background in optics — advantage
Background in the semiconductor industry — advantage
