Director of Sales Operations
FR Conversions is seeking a Director of Sales Operations to help scale and modernize their revenue engine during a critical growth phase. This hands-on leadership role focuses on revenue operations, data integrity, and cross-functional execution across Sales, Finance, Operations, and Production.
Responsibilities
End-to-end ownership of sales operations, including Salesforce, revenue reporting, and analytics
Salesforce-to-ERP data flow, automation, and accuracy of bookings, production, and revenue forecasting
Monthly and ongoing revenue analysis tied directly to production output
Sales productivity metrics, forecasting, and performance insights for executive leadership
Continuous improvement of systems, tools, and processes that support a growing sales organization
Directly manage a 5-person Sales Operations team
Qualification
Required
Experience leading sales operations or revenue operations in a growth-oriented environment
Strong background in Salesforce and CRM-driven organizations with real operational accountability
Proven ability to translate sales activity into actionable financial and production insights
Comfort operating inside a manufacturing or operationally complex business
Track record of building or scaling systems, not just maintaining them
Industry background is flexible; transferable skills matter more than domain experience
