VP of Marketing
Snapdocs is transforming the U.S. mortgage market with its digital infrastructure, aiming to enhance real estate transactions. The VP of Marketing will lead strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth across various customer segments and oversee a high-performing marketing team.

Responsibilities
Define and own Snapdocs’ marketing strategy across customer segments, pricing, and go-to-market models to support durable growth in both core and emerging markets
Lead the evolution of Snapdocs’ platform positioning, shaping how the market understands what we sell, who it is for, and why it matters
Architect and operate a multi-channel go-to-market engine that balances high-touch enterprise growth with scalable, digital acquisition, and partner-led distribution
Partner closely with Sales, Product and Partnerships leadership to ensure marketing directly drives pipeline creation, conversion, and long-term revenue impact
Build and lead Snapdocs’ partner marketing strategy, enabling effective co-marketing, co-selling, and ecosystem go-to-market programs with integration and API partners
Own Snapdocs’ external narrative and positioning, including how we credibly engage the market on complex and emerging topics such as AI
Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing marketing leadership team capable of operating through strategic and operational change
Establish clear accountability, metrics, and operating rigor across the marketing organization
Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience in marketing, strategy or commercial leadership roles with B2B SaaS or platform businesses
Strong strategic foundation, often developed through management consulting, strategy, or equivalent operating roles, combined with hands-on marketing leadership
Deep Product Marketing DNA: You must be a product marketer at heart. You understand that 'Marketing' starts with segmentation, positioning, pricing, and packaging before it ever touches a tagline
Platform / Marketplace Experience: Proven success marketing multi-sided networks (e.g., selling to both supply and demand sides) is a massive plus
Partner & Ecosystem Marketing Experience: Demonstrated success building go-to-market programs with technology, platform, or channel partners
Targeted ABM Marketing Success: Demonstrated success building ABM programs for 7-figure Enterprise deals in concentrated markets where every deal matters
Commercial Acumen: You obsess over sales outcomes, monitoring the funnel from beginning to end. You speak the language of unit economics (CAC/LTV) and pipeline velocity
Data-Driven: You have the ability to describe the value of our products in measurable, real world ways. You have the ambition to improve the way an entire industry operates
Ecosystem Orientation: You design and execute partner-led growth motions that align incentives across product, sales, and distribution partners
AI Pragmatism: You are passionate about using AI to accelerate marketing execution, yet disciplined about how we position AI to our customers
Leadership: You are a collaborative, 'roll up your sleeves' leader who can mentor a team through a period of significant strategic change
Preferred
Vertical SaaS Expertise: Experience in Fintech, Proptech, or Real Estate is preferred. You are not intimidated by complex integrations, regulatory nuance, or technical workflows
