ServiceNow Platform Admin
Dexian is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Admin to support and enhance a large-scale enterprise ServiceNow environment. This role is responsible for ensuring platform reliability, optimizing system performance, and enabling continuous service improvements across multiple business functions.

Responsibilities
Monitor platform performance, availability, and reliability; troubleshoot complex issues and provide advanced (Tier 3) production support
Configure and enhance ServiceNow capabilities across ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, HRSD, and other enterprise modules while maintaining platform best practices
Administer roles, groups, and access controls; support governance and auditing requirements related to user access and licensing
Translate operational requirements into system enhancements using workflows, Flow Designer, UI policies, and business rules
Maintain and support integrations with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers
Partner with security and compliance teams to ensure platform configurations align with regulatory standards and internal control frameworks
Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports that provide actionable insights into service performance and operational health
Support platform upgrades, hotfixes, and feature deployments across environments, ensuring stability and adherence to change processes
Act as a technical liaison between ServiceNow development teams, operations, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
3+ years of hands-on experience administering or supporting ServiceNow in an enterprise environment
Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, HRSD, ITAM, CSM, or related applications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Preferred
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or other advanced ServiceNow certifications
Solid understanding of IT service management concepts and operational support models
Experience supporting regulated or security-conscious environments
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, distributed organization
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to learn new ServiceNow capabilities and apply them effectively
