VP - Platform Product Management - Core Platform Ecosystem -Zero-to-One SaaS initiatives
FICO is seeking a high-caliber VP of Platform Product Management to architect and lead their core platform ecosystem. This role involves overseeing the development of new platform capabilities and ensuring a high-growth environment for internal teams and third-party partners.
Responsibilities
Zero-to-One Initiative Leadership: Spearhead new platform capabilities and 'next-play' use cases to expand our market reach
Marketplace & Community Infrastructure: Design and scale the systems that enable a thriving partner marketplace and user community, fostering shared workflows and templates
Consumption Console & Monetization: Own the product vision for our usage-based billing interface, prioritizing transparency, elegant UX, and self-service scalability
High-Touch Leadership: Maintain a 'hands-on' approach as needed, navigating architectural reviews and PRDs while mentoring a high-performing product team
Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Product SMEs, Engineering and Sales to ensure platform features drive both technical excellence and commercial success
Qualification
Required
20+ years of progressive tech industry experience
10+ years in senior product leadership
Experience in high-growth SaaS environments, particularly those involving marketplaces or complex consumption models
Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering or Computer Science is required
Preferred
MBA is strongly preferred
