Responsibilities

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define data needs, requirements, and priorities supporting both ongoing and ad hoc analysis
Analyze, QA, and mine data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve omni-channel performance, store operations, productivity, and customer experience
Evaluate store-level operational performance to identify inefficiencies and develop data-driven business recommendations
Design and deliver clear, impactful reporting, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making across the organization
Create presentations that effectively communicate insights, recommendations, and business impact to Omni Operational Management and business partners
Support implementation of approved operational and omni-platform enhancements in partnership with Store Operations and cross-functional teams
Monitor store-level data on an hourly and daily basis to identify issues, risks, or exceptions and investigate as they arise
Manage omni operational processes including order flow, fulfillment oversight, at-risk order monitoring, and escalation support for stores
Serve as the primary point of contact for store escalations related to omni operations, fulfillment, and system issues
Maintain store configuration data including store hours updates, capacity changes, omni attributes, store group assignments, and new store setup
Coordinate emergency store closures, network outages, and operational disruptions as needed
Participate in data-driven projects and support ad hoc requests under the guidance of senior team members

Qualification

Data analysisMicrosoft ExcelRetail experienceData visualizationCommunication skills

Required

2+ years of experience in a role requiring regular data analysis
1+ year of experience in retail, preferred
Must be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite required including intermediate/expert level Excel skills
Solid computer skills and able to navigate the internet well
