Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications to meet functional and technical designs following best practices and development standards and guidelines. This includes coding, testing, debugging, implementing, and documentation
Creates deliverables according to the Software Development Life cycle such as functional and technical specifications, use cases, test cases, and system documentation
Translate requirements into business, functional and use case documents for large, complex projects. Responsible for requirements gathering, analysis, elicitation and re-engineering. Responsible for documenting the functional design documents around various modules
Supports production systems; analyzes and resolves production problems in a timely manner; resolves end user service requests as assigned. Performs root cause analysis and remediation in one or more applications or systems. Translates business requirements into system specifications. Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures
Engages with business analysts and stakeholders to understand functional requirements, and contributes to completion of functional specifications. Reviews changes within subject areas; knowledge of technology trends and functionality changes targeted to improve/enhance performance

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree plus 5 or more years of programming and analysis experience (or equivalent experience)
Any relevant professional certifications
Fingerprint Clearance Card
Thorough working knowledge of multiple programming languages, multiple database management systems, multiple development platforms, and systems integration
Thorough working knowledge of developing and writing technical documentation
Thorough working knowledge of evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, consolidate details and extract to functional requirements
Thorough working knowledge of directing multiple/concurrent implementations of IT solutions
Experience in analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation of multi-tier applications
Demonstrated experience in .NET web application development
Experience using relational databases (Oracle and/or SQL Server) databases and develop enterprise PLSQL and/or T-SQL stored procedures
Knowledge of OOP concepts and LIi design skills in ASP.NET
Knowledgeable with development tools such as Visual Studio 2022, Visual Studio for Mac, SSIS, SSRS, 11S, jQuery, Model-View-Controller (MVC)
Knowledge of the performance management model and continuous quality improvement (CQl) methods in a public setting
Knowledge of Push Notification tools including: Azure, Firebase and Apple Push Notifications
Experience with .NET MAUI
Experience with plug ins like Xcode, Scandint, and Google Cloud Platform software
Experience with app distribution tools including Test Flight, Transporter and Firebase
Experience with C# code and N tier application
Experience with creating mobile application both for IOS and Android
Experience with creating web api, restful service
Experience debugging and testing with Postman
Experience working with third party APIs
