Responsibilities

Providing real-time and responsive in-person, telephone, and online support for students, staff, faculty, parents, families, and other relevant parties regarding student records, enrollment, the MyUNLV system, and other Enrollment and Student Services topics
Providing support for registration, enrollment functions, and MyUNLV Technical Support with a moderate amount of troubleshooting and investigation
Fielding over 50,000 annual in-person, telephone, written, and electronic inquiries from students, parents, and all University colleges, departments, student services, and academic support units
Analyzing, evaluating, and handling complex correspondence
Monitoring and keeping current with institutional, State, and federal regulations, and office policies and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient release of information

Required

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university as recognized by the United States Department of Education and/or the Council on Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA)
