Utilize Excel spreadsheets to prioritize accounts and track success using pivot tables and internal data
Communicate urgent updates to internal teams and vendor partners in a professional and timely manner
Document all new telematic pings in the internal system of record
Ensure all data is aligned with legal parameters

Required

High School Diploma (GED) Required
High attention to detail
Microsoft Office experience, primarily Microsoft Excel (must be comfortable with pivot tables and graphs)

Auto Collections/Bank Collections: 1 year
MS Excel: 1 year
Pivot table/Spreadsheet: 1 year
Ability to Commute: Fort Worth, TX 76177
