Responsibilities
Use your excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with customers to develop collaborative and trusted relationships while reconciling their account balance
This includes communicating with customers daily to resolve disputed receivables, facilitate timely payments, and use negotiation methods to achieve a goal that benefits both Lutron and the customer
Work directly with the sales and service teams to facilitate and resolve customer-disputed invoices
Work with the credit team to facilitate timely shipment of orders to our customers
Utilize your time management and independent worker skills to meet daily/weekly/monthly collection goals
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED equivalent required
1 - 3 years business experience required
Must be located within commutable distance of Center Valley, PA to accommodate in-office schedule
Preferred
Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
previous collections experience preferred
