Perform detailed analysis and investigation into suspicious transactions across a variety of types, including credit and wire transfers
Utilize and navigate through internal and external systems and tools to research and document findings from fraud investigations
Engage in client and colleague communication to gather necessary information for investigations
Conduct root cause analyses to propose solutions that minimize future fraud occurrences
Support team operations through high-profile fraud case escalations and identification of emerging fraud trends
