They are seeking a Senior Manager to join their Marketing Analytics team, responsible for leading marketing performance measurement and providing actionable insights to drive business growth while managing a small team of analysts.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver impact‑level marketing measurement and executive reporting that clarifies marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue
Analyze Datasite’s GTM marketing performance across regions, segments, channels, products, and customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization
Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of analysts, elevating analytical quality, stakeholder partnership, documentation, and best practices across the organization
Drive a deep understanding of our funnel: where leads originate, how they convert, and which marketing activities most effectively source and influence opportunities
Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership, translating complex data into clear, concise, and actionable narratives
Conduct deep‑dive marketing analyses to derive actionable insights and make data‑driven recommendations for improving marketing effectiveness and ROI

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline (Master's preferred)
7–10 years in marketing analytics, with 3+ years directly leading analysts
Demonstrated mastery of SQL is a must
Proficiency in Python or R for advanced statistical modeling and data manipulation
Proficiency in visualization tools (Datorama, CRMA, Power BI) to turn complex data into visual stories
Deep experience with Salesforce, Google Analytics, Pardot, and GA4; strong understanding of B2B data and metrics
Fluency with BI/visualization (Datorama/Marketing Cloud Intelligence, CRMA/Tableau CRM, Tableau, or Power BI) to produce narrative dashboards

Preferred

Background in B2B SaaS or tech‑enabled services
Experience with Data Cloud / Data 360 or equivalent CDP
Familiarity with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase, Terminus) and intent data
