Responsibilities
Serve as a front-line support resource for Epicor ERP issues, triaging requests, performing functional analysis, and coordinating resolution
Troubleshoot functional and configuration-related issues across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, P2P, and OTC process areas
Work closely with business users to understand issues, clarify requirements, and document expected system behavior
Escalate complex technical issues to developers, or vendors with clear documentation and business context
Assist in analyzing manufacturing and supply chain workflows, identifying gaps between system functionality and business needs
Support documentation of business processes, use cases, and functional requirements related to production, inventory, procurement, and order fulfillment
Help identify opportunities for process standardization, system optimization, and reduced manual work within Epicor
Maintain and validate ERP master data accuracy (items, BOMs, routings, suppliers, customers, pricing, etc.)
Support ERP enhancements, patches, upgrades, and integrations through testing, validation, and user coordination
Partner with Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance teams to ensure Epicor processes align with operational needs
Assist with end-user training, documentation, and adoption of ERP best practices
Support reporting and basic dashboard development to help users monitor inventory, production, and transactional performance
Communicate system changes, known issues, and resolutions clearly to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3–5 years of experience supporting ERP systems in a manufacturing or supply chain environment
Hands-on experience supporting ERP platforms; Epicor Kinetic strongly preferred
Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, including work orders, BOMs, inventory, purchasing, and scheduling
Working knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) process flows
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business issues into clear system requirements
Experience documenting business processes, workflows, and functional requirements
Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy
Preferred
Prior Epicor ERP support or implementation experience
Familiarity with MES systems and ERP integrations
Experience working with cross-functional operations teams
Exposure to basic reporting, dashboards, or KPIs within ERP tools
Interest in continuous improvement and operational efficiency
