Responsibilities
Provide Strategic Leadership: Act as a mentor and guide for a dedicated team of engineers and drafters, fostering a culture of technical excellence and professional growth
Guide Business Development: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging your technical mastery to identify new opportunities and cultivate the long-term partnerships that drive the firm’s DFW footprint
Master Project Management: Oversee the full project lifecycle for complex urban developments, ensuring every milestone is met with precision, on schedule, and within budget
Qualification
Required
Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Texas
8–10 years in civil engineering design, with a minimum of 2 years of Project Management experience (preferably in Urban Development)
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE)
Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; experience with Civil 3D or MicroStation is a distinct advantage
Advanced use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project for scheduling and reporting
Experience producing accurate and complete construction plans, preliminary engineering reports, and GIS exhibits (ArcGIS)
Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to communicate complex engineering information clearly to all stakeholders
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and manage multiple projects with limited supervision
